Real Estate Data Analyst & Web Scraping Specialist – DubaiLocation: Dubai (On-site / Hybrid)Role Overview:We are a Dubai-based real estate brokerage looking for a data-driven analyst to scrape, analyze, and visualize market intelligence from major UAE property portals and internal CRM systems.Key Responsibilities:Scrape data from Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle Track prices, inventory, absorption, and demand by area & project Build dashboards for sales, marketing & management Integrate lead data with CRM (Lead Squared / Bitrix) Identify high-intent buyer signals & pricing gaps Weekly and monthly market intelligence reportsRequirements:3+ years data analysis experience Strong Python & SQLPrior Dubai real estate / proptech exposure Understanding of off-plan & secondary markets Ability to translate data into business decisionsSalary Range: Mid-level: AED 10k – 15kIf you are passionate and are ready to elevate our brand presence, Please submit your CV and a link to your online Portfolio/Showreel to [اضغط هنا لمشاهدة البريد اﻹلكتروني]
