Key Responsibilities* Lead and oversee insurance coordination processes* Manage claims, pre-authorizations, and approvals* Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage* Ensure accuracy in medical coding and documentation* Serve as a key point of contact between insurance providers and internal teams* Support junior coordinators and assist in workflow optimization* Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers* Maintain compliance with insurance policies and proceduresCompetencies: * Strong Customer Service and Communication skills* Ability to manage insurance documentation efficiently and resolve claim disputes* Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills* Prior experience in a similar insurance coordination role is an advantage* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus????
