Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.As Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:Driving project development, being the reference for Customer and Company on technical aspects/issues. Providing operational framework for activities to teams and skilled labor, ensuring safety, compliance and quality Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standardsTo be successful in this role you will:Have an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experience Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of rotating equipment installation and maintenance. Technical awareness of Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding UAE Residence Visa is a plus (visa and work permit will be done by the company)
