Relationship Manager / Team Leader – Secondary MarketSignature Collection Realty – DubaiJob SummaryThe Relationship Manager / Team Leader (Secondary Market) is responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and leading a team of real estate agents operating in the secondary market. This role ensures high-quality client service, strong market knowledge, and consistent achievement of revenue targets while maintaining the company’s luxury brand standards.---Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & PerformanceLead, motivate, and guide a team of secondary market agents.Assign daily tasks, monitor KPIs, and ensure agents meet performance targets.Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve skills in negotiation, closing, and client handling.Provide weekly performance reports to management.2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and partners.Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients.Ensure clients receive exceptional service, transparency, and follow-up.3. Secondary Market OperationsOversee all buying and selling activities within the secondary market segment.Ensure accurate listings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.Verify all documents, agreements, and compliance requirements are met.4. Lead & Transaction ManagementDistribute leads to the team and ensure timely follow-up.Track lead progress using CRM systems and prevent lead leakage.Support agents in closing deals and troubleshooting complex cases.5. Market Knowledge & StrategyStay up to date with Dubai’s secondary market trends, property values, community insights, and legal updates.Develop strategies to increase market share and team revenue.Identify new opportunities for sourcing listings and creating client pipelines.6. Reporting & CoordinationCoordinate with HR, marketing, and the CEO regarding hiring, performance, campaigns, and team needs.Prepare weekly reports on listings, deals, client feedback, and team achievements.---RequirementsProven experience in Dubai real estate, especially in the secondary market.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage a team and handle multiple high-pressure tasks.In-depth knowledge of Dubai communities, RERA laws, and transaction processes.Professional appearance aligned with the company’s luxury image.Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.---Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of closed deals (individual + team).Lead conversion rate and follow-up quality.Client satisfaction and retention.Team performance and adherence to company standards.Quality of listings and market positioning.---CompensationBasic salary (if applicable) + attractive commission structure.Bonuses for top performance.Growth opportunities within the company.
