My Client is a large international service company who specialise in E&P projects globally. They have a large contract with an IOC to work remotely who require a Basin Modeller for a 3 month renewable contract on a mainly remote with limited travel set up.
The Basin Modeller will be required to have experience in:Obtaining information from various geoscience teams and generating Petroleum models Reviewing and integrating results of Geochemist evaluations Evaluating existing Basin modelling inputs and deliverables Salt tectonic Evolution modelling through Geological time Performing fluid compositional modelling to generate gas distribution maps Assisting in regional play evaluations1D and 3D basin modelling experience Petromod, Petrel, Advanced Excel software
The Basin Modeller must have 10+ years experience in the application of geochemistry to Basin Modelling, salt techtonic, lead and prospect generation Candidates with Batchelors in Geology with Msc will only be considered
