This is a chance to contribute to meaningful work in a dynamic, resource-rich environmentAbout the role Project Coordinator – Finance requires hands-on project management experience with a focus on digitizing finance practices and procedures. The successful candidate will also provide executive support to the CFO, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. This position is open to UAE Nationals only.Key Accountabilities Finance & Project Coordination Assist the CFO in coordinating and monitoring finance-related projects and strategic initiatives. Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks. Support the Finance team in preparing project documentation, progress reports, and presentations. Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to collect data, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth project workflows. Prepare and maintain project files, dashboards, and updates for CFO review. Financial Operations Support Assist with the submission, tracking, and follow-up of invoices, purchase orders (POs), and payment requests. Maintain accurate records for financial transactions in alignment with departmental policies. Ensure compliance with financial procedures and documentation standards. Support basic financial analysis, data compilation, and reporting activities when required. Executive Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the CFO, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing correspondence. Organize and maintain departmental records, reports, and confidential documents. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CFO. Assist in preparing high-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials.Education and Certification Requirements UAE National (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.1–3 years of work experience or internship experience in a Finance Department or Project Management environment. Hands-on experience in processing and submitting invoices, POs, and financial documentation. Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and familiarity with financial systems is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work proactively. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Eagerness to grow into a role supporting broader finance initiatives and projects.
