Dubai, UAE Media World LLC Working Hours: Full-time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to FridayMedia World LLC is seeking a Legal Advisor / Company Lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis and support our legal and compliance needs within the UAE.Responsibilities:Provide legal advice on contracts, commercial matters, and company operations Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with clients, suppliers, landlords, and authorities Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations Liaise with government authorities and external legal counsel Advise management on legal risks, disputes, and compliance mattersRequirements:Law degree from a recognized university UAE legal experience preferred Strong knowledge of UAE commercial and contract law Fluent Arabic speaker and fluent in English (written & spoken) – mandatory Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal mattersHow to Apply: Please send your CV to [اضغط هنا لمشاهدة البريد اﻹلكتروني] or apply directly via Linked In.
