Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Omnissa Workspace ONE Consultant to design, deploy, integrate, and manage Workspace ONE solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, and Workspace ONE Assist, ensuring seamless end-user computing (EUC) experiences across enterprise environments. Experience with VMware Horizon will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and configure Workspace ONE solutions, including Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, and Workspace ONE Assist. Integrate Workspace ONE with enterprise infrastructure, including Active Directory, Identity Providers, Certificate Authorities, and other authentication mechanisms. Manage and optimize Workspace ONE environments for scalability, security, and performance. Implement policies and compliance controls for endpoint security and mobile device management (MDM). Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on best practices for end-user computing solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve Workspace ONE-related issues, ensuring minimal business disruptions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance security, compliance, and user experience. Develop and document technical solutions, including architecture diagrams and operational procedures. Stay updated with latest Workspace ONE features and advancements to optimize deployments. Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for clients.Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and at least 5+ years working with VMware Workspace ONE solutions. Expertise in Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, and Workspace ONE Assist. Strong understanding of enterprise mobility management (EMM), unified endpoint management (UEM), and identity and access management (IAM). Experience integrating Workspace ONE with Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, Okta, and other SSO solutions. Hands-on experience with device enrollment, app management, and compliance policies for Windows, i OS, mac OS, and Android. Familiarity with Power Shell scripting and REST APIs for automation and integration. Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and issue resolution. Experience with VMware Horizon (VDI) is an added advantage. Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
