We are looking for a Change Consultant OR Senior Change Consultant with deep manufacturing sector experience to support the delivery of people-focused change across operations, systems, and culture.Your impact:Drive stakeholder alignment, readiness and communications Map impacts across locaions, functions, and systems Lead workshops and coach leaders through the change Ensure end-user adoption and reduce resistanceYou bring:7+ years in organisational change roles Retail or consumer goods transformation background Track record delivering communications, engagement, and training support Experience in operating model, systems or ERP-related change (Oracle a plus) Arabic language skills ESSENTIALWhat you’ll get:Influence a major change initiative across well-known brand Join a respected consulting team with strong local presence Be part of a people-first, structured change programme
