Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the HVAC team, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities include supervising preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting HVAC systems to diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and management to meet project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills including team management, task delegation, and performance monitoring. In-depth knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships and address concerns promptly. Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance with industry standards and local regulations. Prior experience in a similar supervisory role in HVAC or related fields. Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or mechanical engineering is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt under pressure.
