Located in Dubai, No10 Lounge sets a new standard for modern socializing.The Marketing Executive is responsible for end-to-end marketing execution, combining on-ground content creation with digital marketing delivery. The role oversees photography, videography, graphic design, and social media management, ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms. This position plays a hands-on role in planning, creating, publishing, and reporting marketing content that reflects the venue’s premium positioning.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Content Strategy ExecutionExecute the approved marketing and content calendar across all platforms. Translate brand objectives into daily, weekly, and campaign-based content. Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints. Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and activations from concept to delivery.2. Photography & Videography (On-Ground)Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional camera equipment only. Cover all key areas of the venue, including:Shisha Bar Beverages & Specialty Drinks Cigar Service Kitchen & Food Presentation Vibe, ambience, and lighting Crowd energy (faces only with prior approval) Capture content during peak hours, events, and special moments. Organize and deliver all RAW and edited files in structured folders on the shared drive.3. Graphic Design & Visual ProductionDesign marketing assets for digital use, including:Social media posts and stories Event announcements and promotions Menu highlights and feature visuals In-venue digital screens (if applicable) Apply approved fonts, layouts, color palettes, and brand guidelines consistently. Adapt content formats for different platforms while maintaining brand integrity.4. Social Media Management & PostingManage day-to-day social media accounts end to end. Post feed content, reels, and stories using approved visuals and captions. Publish live and scheduled stories using camera-captured content only. Highlight:Peak hours and ambience Featured products and experiences Events and activations Team moments and behind-the-scenes content Monitor engagement, respond to basic inquiries, and escalate where required.5. Campaign & Event CoveragePlan and execute full coverage of events, launches, and special nights. Capture, edit, and publish content in real time and post-event. Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time and aligned with objectives.6. Reporting & Performance TrackingTrack content performance across platforms (reach, engagement, saves, views). Share regular performance summaries with management or the marketing lead. Identify content trends and recommend improvements based on results.7. Brand & Operations SupportProvide visual updates to management regarding ambience, setup, cleanliness, and guest experience. Flag any visual or brand-related issues that could impact perception. Support overall brand quality through proactive on-ground presence.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation. Strong photography and basic videography skills (professional camera use required). Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent). Solid understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and other relevant platforms. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, live environment. Strong visual eye and attention to detail.
