???? Position Overview
BMCC Center is seeking a high-level Investment Attraction & Capital Raising Specialist with proven experience in the UAE market, an active investor network (GCC / Family Offices / Private Investors / Funds), and a verified track record of successfully raised capital.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a professional who: • Thinks strategically • Understands investor psychology • Knows how to close investment deals • Can actively contribute during a real growth and expansion phase

Key Responsibilities • Present BMCC investment opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets • Direct communication with investors (HNWIs, Family Offices, Investment Funds) • Lead investment negotiations end-to-end (A–Z) • Deal structuring (Equity / Revenue Share / Convertible Models) • Refinement of pitch decks, investment memos, and financial proposals • Manage and close the investor pipeline • Work closely with the Founder and senior management
???? Mandatory Requirements (MANDATORY)
⚠️ Applications will be reviewed only if all criteria below are met: • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in capital raising • Documented investment projects in the UAE market • Active investor network (not theoretical contacts) • Hands-on experience with: • Family Offices • Private Investors • Venture Capital / Private Equity Funds • Strong high-level negotiation skills • English — professional proficiency (Arabic is a strong advantage) • Strong results-driven mindset
