Role: SEO Specialist / Content Creator
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital visibility and attracting quality leads. Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting keyword research to identify high-value real estate search terms Optimizing website content, metadata, and structure for search engines Creating engaging, informative blog posts, articles, and web content Developing content strategies to boost online visibility and brand awareness Collaborating with marketing and design teams to produce multimedia content (videos, infographics, etc.) Monitoring SEO performance and implementing strategies to improve rankings
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or Content Creator (real estate preferred) Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics Excellent writing and editing skills Proficiency in CMS platforms and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) Updated knowledge of search engine algorithms and trends A passion for real estate and understanding of audience needs
