Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a specialized background in Business Consulting to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an intricate understanding of the UAE’s corporate structures, specifically focusing on Dubai Mainland (Department of Economy and Tourism) and various Free Zone jurisdictions. You will be responsible for guiding international and local entrepreneurs through the entire process of company formation, from initial consultation to trade license issuance.
Key Responsibilities:Consultative Sales: Act as a strategic advisor to prospective clients, recommending the most cost-effective and legally compliant structures (Mainland vs. Free Zone). Lead Conversion: Manage and convert leads through various channels, ensuring a high closing ratio by providing expert technical knowledge. Jurisdiction Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations for major hubs like DMCC, IFZA, DDA, Meydan, and Shams, as well as Dubai Mainland LLC and Sole Establishment requirements. Relationship Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients, fostering long-term partnerships. Documentation Oversight: Coordinate with the PRO and Operations teams to ensure all legal documents, MOAs, and lease agreements are processed accurately. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest government fees, visa regulations, and Golden Visa updates to provide accurate quotes to clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills:Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Setup/Consultancy specifically within Dubai. Local Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the UAE Commercial Companies Law and the specific requirements of Dubai’s licensing authorities. Communication: Fluent in English (Professional Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage). Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a "consultative" rather than "hard sell" approach. Visa Status: Valid UAE Residency (Self-sponsored, Husband/Father sponsored, or Cancelled Visa ready for immediate transfer).
