Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media content strategies across international platforms (e.g., WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In). Plan, script, and guide the creative direction of short-form video content, ensuring strong storytelling and effective delivery. Oversee the full content lifecycle — from ideation and strategy to production and publishing — with a keen sense of visual and narrative quality. Manage day-to-day social media operations: content scheduling, audience engagement, analytics tracking, and advertising campaigns. Drive growth in followers and video views across all platforms. Monitor social media trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to continuously optimize strategies. Ensure consistent brand identity while tailoring content to both local and international audiences.

Requirements2+ years of proven experience in social media management, with a focus on short video marketing. Strong knowledge of international social platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In). Demonstrated success in achieving growth in social media followers and video views. Fluent English (both written and spoken); Arabic or Chinese is a plus but not required. Solid understanding of short video production processes (scripting, directing, editing workflow), with the ability to evaluate and guide quality output. Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and common real estate content styles. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

任职要求至少 2 年以上社交媒体运营经验，有短视频运营经验者优先。熟悉 中国主流平台（微信视频号、小红书、抖音） 以及 海外平台（Tik Tok、Instagram、Facebook、Linked In） 的运营模式。在粉丝数增长、视频播放量提升方面有成功经验。中英文流利（书面及口语），会阿拉伯语者优先但非必需。熟悉短视频制作流程（策划、编导、后期等），具备较强的审美与创意能力，能对内容制作进行专业指导。对迪拜房地产市场有一定了解，熟悉房地产常见的拍摄手法和社媒内容形式。具备较强的项目管理能力，能够独立推进多项工作。
