Job Title – Broker Operations Executive - Compliance Type – Outsourced Contract Duration- 12 months extendable contract Work Location – Abu Dhabi
Mandatory – KYC, Due Diligence & Background Checks, Salesforce CRM, Compliance & Regulatory Documentation, UAE experience is mandatory Key Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of broker onboarding and registration within Salesforce CRM. Evaluate submitted broker documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Perform KYC, due diligence, and background verification checks as required. Create and maintain accurate broker records in Salesforce and related systems. Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Coordinate activities related to invoices and payments, including close collaboration with the finance team. Monitor onboarding SLAs and ensure a timely and seamless process. Coordinate broker training, system access provisioning, and profile creation. Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track onboarding progress and broker activity. Identify areas for process improvement and support digital transformation initiatives. Supporting internal and external audits related to broker files Acting as a first point of contact for broker registration inquiries and issues
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of similar experience Job-Specific Skills:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in salesforce CRM A demonstrable ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation Organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
