We’re Hiring: Sales Coordinator – Spare Parts Department
Join our team at SKM! We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Spare Parts Department by processing orders, managing documentation, and preparing sales reports.
Key Responsibilities:Process customer orders from quotation to delivery Prepare Sales Orders, Invoices, and Proforma Invoices Coordinate with procurement for stock requirements Arrange export documentation and Chamber invoices Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports Assist with audit documentation and vendor registration Maintain a well-organized showroom environment
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree with HVAC-related experience Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, SRM, Navision, BAAN) Strong coordination and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented
