Our client is a global humanitarian organization operating across multiple countries, providing emergency response, logistics, and supply chain support worldwide. The organization manages a large international vehicle fleet to enable effective humanitarian operations.
They are currently looking for a Fleet Officer to support global fleet operations by coordinating fleet management services, maintaining accurate fleet data, ensuring compliance with fleet standards, and delivering cost-effective, fully recoverable fleet services.
Budget: AED 10000
Key Responsibilities: • Provide fleet management and technical support to regional and global operations. • Ensure accurate and timely entry of fleet data into the fleet management system and support data quality reporting. • Prepare fleet cost estimates, delivery orders, and complete invoicing documentation to support cost recovery. • Support vehicle procurement processes, including technical reviews, supplier evaluations, and vehicle inspections. • Assist in managing vehicle rental programs and maintaining proper documentation and records. • Provide guidance on fleet standards, vehicle specifications, and disposal processes. • Support quality assurance checks for vehicles, equipment, and new technical solutions. • Be available to support emergency deployments when required.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, administration, or procurement. • Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills. • Proficient in MS Office and fleet or logistics management systems. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment. • Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage. • Valid UAE driving license
