Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for residential G+4 building projects in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-time on-site presence, daily execution, supervision, and coordination to ensure works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full-time presence on site during working hours and direct supervision of construction activities.
• Supervise and manage daily construction works on site.
• Ensure execution of works complies with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and Sharjah Municipality inspectors.
• Monitor work quality, safety, and progress according to the project schedule.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
• Handle inspections, snag lists, and handover activities.

Skills

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in residential building projects (G+4 or similar).
• Proven experience working on projects in Sharjah is highly preferred.
• Must be able to remain on site full-time and manage day-to-day site operations independently.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and Sharjah Municipality regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic planning tools.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
