PWHT Technician
We are seeking an experienced Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) Technician to join our team for major EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing heat treatment processes to ensure weld integrity and compliance with project specifications and international standards.

Your Role As PWHT Technician, you will:Execute PWHT operations on piping, pressure vessels, and structural components as per approved procedures. Set up and operate heat treatment equipment (electrical resistance, induction, or furnace). Monitor and record temperature cycles accurately using calibrated instruments. Ensure compliance with ASME, API, and project-specific codes and standards. Prepare detailed reports and maintain documentation for QA/QC records. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects in GCC. Education: Diploma or Bachelors Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience in PWHT machine handling; Strong knowledge of heat treatment processes and related standards; Ability to interpret technical drawings and welding procedures
