About The Job

Reporting to Unit Head-Enterprise Retail segment, the position will be responsible for managing & generating new (to NI) Acquiring business from Retail Sector in U. A. E., i.e., Large Global Retailer, Luxury Retail and Standard Retail Segment. This will be a keyrole in helping Network expand its Market share in the Retail Sector Dedicated focus in managing Existing enterprise accounts profitably and adding new business generating positive revenue

Key focus of this role would also to focus on cross selling key VAS across the merchant base

Working Conditions

Primarily office-based with occasional travel required for meetings, conferences, and training sessions. Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in Card industry with knowledge / experience in Customer Service Knowledge of payment solutions and the payments industry. High commercial understanding and ability to assess profitability and cost for Enterprise accounts Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of queries. Quality focused with attention to detail. Proficient with computers and related software (Microsoft Power Point, Work and Excel) UAE Driver License Required
