Defure Furniture Trading LLC is a manufacturer of upholstered custom furniture based in Dubai, established in 2016. Since then, we have made hundreds of private and corporate clients happy with our individual approach, quality and speed. Our major customer group is interior designers, looking for furniture production with their unique designs and measurements – we make beds, sofas, wall panels, curtains, tables, marble items, mirrors and many more!
Responsibilities:To serve as the primary point of contact for clients: provide expert guidance on the production, ensure the final product meets the reference, guarantee outstanding client experience and satisfaction, to create a bond with the clients, making them happy. Take ownership of projects post-sale: receive handovers from sales, study client needs paying attention to every detail, manage delivery and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with clients on a daily basis (majorly interior designers, less private clients) in Whats App groups, Zoom calls (drawing presentation), provide timely follow-ups and meeting summaries; resolve issues and take rapid actions. Lead ±25 projects on average. Coordinate with the team internally (production, sales): drawings, production stages, inspections, client visits, deliveries, measurements, photoshoots – manage the project schedule, investigate issues with attention to technical execution, get necessary approvals, facilitate next steps, identify potential delays and risks proactively. Develop technical knowledge in furniture and interior design (Auto CAD, drawings review, production, e.t.c.). Upload documents to Google Drive in a timely manner (photos, checklists, drawings, e.t.c.). Update project data to Bitrix24 funnels, Job Tracker (Google Sheet). Prepare daily and weekly reports.

Basic requirements (must-have):3 years experience in client handling roles in the UAE (hospitality, client service, account management, factories). Computer skills: CRM (Bitrix), Excel — basic level. Upper-intermediate level of English (B2). UAE driver’s license.
Additional requirements (nice-to-have) Experience in interior design, furniture or curtain manufacturing; The Russian or Arabic language will be an advantage. Auto CAD knowledge.

Conditions:Full day job 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Offline — we combine remote work on the computer, offline client meetings, visiting factories and team sessions. Base salary, monthly commission bonus, corporate vehicle or car allowance, compensation of work-related expenses (Salik, petrol, phone). Probation period — 2 months. Employment according to UAE legislation, work visa, medical insurance, vacations (30 days), sick leaves and annual flight tickets compensation.
