Papillon Cake is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth production and timely delivery of custom cake orders. Responsibilities:• Manage daily workflow across production, decoration, and front-of-house• Oversee staff schedules, performance, and operational efficiency• Coordinate production timelines, deliveries, and guest orders• Manage relationships with vendors for ingredients, packaging, and services, including ordering and follow-ups• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards• Improve internal processes, quality control, and reporting
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related field• 5+ years of operations experience• Experience in bakery, pastry, F&B, or café operations is required• Strong organizational and communication skills• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume custom order operations
