Job Description

The Material Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of materials within the organization and ensuring that production schedules are met efficiently.

Job Responsibility

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records to avoid shortages or overstocking. Work closely with production teams to schedule material deliveries according to production needs. Resolve any issues related to materials, such as quality problems or delays in delivery. Implement cost-saving initiatives by optimizing material usage and reducing waste. Monitor material consumption and prepare reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in material coordination or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
