Head of Sales
Real Estate | Dubai We are launching a new boutique real estate company in Dubai. Not a conveyor. Not a clone. Not “just another agencyâ€. The company is new —the people behind it are not. The founders have already built and scaled a real estate agency in Dubai to 150+ employees. This time, the vision is different:boutique over factorymeaning and environment over blind scalestrong personalities over random hires We are looking for a Head of Sales who wants to join at the very beginning, help build the company and become a real part of it.
The role This is not a role to manage something ready-made. This is a role for someone who enters at the foundation level. You will:Build and grow a team of real estate brokers. Create sales as a system, not a set of chaotic actions. Work hands-on with the team: deals, negotiations, performance control. Take full ownership of results and growth. Act as a strategic partner to the founders in shaping the sales direction. You won’t be given a perfectly polished structure on day one —you will help create it.
Growth opportunity This role offers a clear growth path to Sales Directoras the company scales. We are looking for someone for the long term, not for a temporary function.
Who we are looking for Proven experience as a Head of Sales / Sales Manager in Dubai real estate. Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, developers, commissions and client behavior. Proven, measurable sales cases — clear examples of results you have personally delivered or led(revenue growth, team scaling, conversion improvement, closed deals). Strong numerical and analytical skills — confidence working with KPIs, funnels, forecasts and sales metrics. Numbers are not intimidating for you — they are your main management tool. A data-driven mindset — decisions are based on facts, performance and results. Entrepreneurial thinking, high involvement and responsibility for outcomes. Desire to build something meaningful from scratch, not just operate within a role.
Languages:English — C1 or higher (mandatory) Russian — at least basic understanding (for internal communication)
A ready-made team or a core group of brokers who could potentially join you will be a strong advantage.
