As we expand our footprint in the UAE, we're looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to play a key role in project execution and technical leadership. Job Summary As a Senior Technical Engineer, you will oversee the technical execution of construction projects—ensuring drawings, methods, and materials align with regulatory requirements, design intent, and project timelines. You’ll collaborate with consultants, architects, and internal teams to resolve challenges and drive engineering excellence from design to handover. Key Responsibilities Interpret and review construction drawings, technical specs, and submittals Coordinate with architects/consultants to resolve design discrepancies Provide hands-on technical support across all project phases Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other authority standards Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals Evaluate technical submissions from subcontractors and suppliers Resolve technical issues at site and support site supervisors and PMsParticipate in value engineering and optimization initiatives Lead technical coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders Ensure proper documentation for project closeout and as-built drawings Qualifications✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)✅ 8+ years of technical construction experience (minimum 3 years in the UAE)✅ Solid understanding of structural design, materials, MEP systems, and building methods✅ Knowledge of Dubai regulatory bodies (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)✅ Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, MS Office; Primavera P6 is a plus✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills✅ Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)✅ UAE driving license is an advantage What We Offer💼 Competitive salary package✈️ Annual flight allowance🩺 Comprehensive medical insurance📈 Opportunities for growth in an innovative and supportive work environment
