Candidate Requirements:3–4 years of experience in mental health
Qualifications Strong clinical skills in mental health care, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and monitoring Proven expertise in counseling and therapeutic techniques for mental health conditions Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills Knowledge of mental health policies, safety procedures, and adherence to clinical protocols Experience working in an international healthcare environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; additional certification in Mental Health Nursing preferred
