Job Title: Refill Technician Department : Refilling Department Location: Abu Dhabi Reports To: Technical Support Manager Job Summary: The Refill Technician at Dr. Scent is responsible for executing daily refill schedules by visiting client locations, performing scent machine refills, and ensuring the proper functionality of devices. This role ensures high-quality service delivery aligned with Dr. Scent’s standards and customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities: • Follow the daily refill plan as per the ERP and Refill Day Schedule (RFD). • Coordinate with the warehouse team to receive required stock and machines. • Refill scent machines at client locations efficiently and professionally. • Perform routine machine checks, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. • Report machine issues, client feedback, and refill status to HOD. • Ensure proper documentation of refilled units using ERP/mobile tools. • Adhere to company safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance during service. • Always maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. • Tasks assigned by HOD and Support team members and assist during high volume or urgent service days. Qualifications: • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree equivalent; technical knowledge is a plus. • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of service, operations, or delivery role. • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. • Ability to follow schedules and work independently. • Basic understanding of scent machines or willingness to be trained. • UAE driving license is mandatory• Communication in both English and Arabic land (writing and speaking)
