Job Description The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities and supporting property management operations across the company’s portfolio in Dubai. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and full compliance with RERA regulations and local tenancy laws.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all leasing operations for residential and/or commercial properties Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure efficient and compliant operations Lead, train, and supervise the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, Ejari registration, and Dubai tenancy laws Review, approve, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation Handle tenant negotiations, inquiries, and escalated issues in a professional manner Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis to support leasing strategies Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize property performance Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory and company requirements Support marketing initiatives and oversee property viewings as required Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in leasing and property management within Dubai Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai real estate practices Demonstrated leadership and team management experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and decision-making abilities High level of professionalism and attention to detail Results-oriented with a strong customer service focus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
