Skills & Abilities

7+ years of experience in the sales field within the Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with a proven track record of developing customers, distributors, and people. Master of Commercial Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of P&L management, sell-in/sell-out excellence, and turnover optimization. Negotiation Pro: Ability to build compelling selling propositions that create win-win situations for L’Oréal and our partners. Market Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve regarding GCC market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements. Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic is preferred to navigate the diverse GCC landscape effectively. Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
