Our client, a leading luxury furniture and interiors brand in the region, is looking to hire an FF&E Sales Designer to join its flagship showroom team in Dubai.
This role combines design coordination, client-facing support, and project execution, working closely with sales and operations teams on premium residential and hospitality furniture projects.
Key Responsibilities Develop FF&E concepts, mood boards, and detailed schedules aligned with client briefs Support the sales team with design-led FF&E solutions for live and upcoming projects Prepare specifications, layouts, and technical documentation for approvals and procurement Coordinate with local and international suppliers on pricing, samples, lead times, and customization Assist with client presentations, showroom walkthroughs, and design discussions Support delivery and installation coordination to ensure FF&E execution aligns with approved designs Stay updated on FF&E trends, materials, finishes, and supplier innovations
Requirements3–5 years of experience in FF&E, furniture design, or interior design within contract or luxury projects Strong understanding of furniture, finishes, materials, and vendor coordination Proficiency in Auto CAD, CAD+T (basic), or similar design tools Experience with residential or hospitality projects preferred Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail Professional, client-facing presence
