Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency and financial accuracy. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions. Monitor project expenditures, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions. Review contractor invoices, timesheets, and progress claims. Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial performance updates. Identify cost risks and opportunities and support value engineering initiatives. Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently available in the UAE.4+ years of experience in cost control, preferably within project-based environments (Road infrastructure). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate cost insights clearly to stakeholders.
