We’re looking for a bright, proactive, dynamic Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to grow with us.
The Role You’ll be the go-to lead for Bright Company clients, owning relationships, recommending solutions and driving delivery, and ensuring work is executed to a high standard. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder on strategy, while confidently owning the day-to-day deliverables.

Who You Are You’ve worked in an agency or in-house marketing role for 3–5 years and are confident in managing multiple accounts, clients, and campaigns, from strategy to complete delivery. You understand the pace and expectations of agency life, and you thrive when given ownership and responsibility. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator - someone who’s as comfortable leading client calls as briefing a designer or writing a content plan. You care about quality, efficiency, and results, and you're excited to help be part of the growth of the agency.
Core Skills We’re Looking For
We’re not expecting you to be an expert in everything. You should bring strong, demonstrable experience in the following areas:
◠Client and project management: highly organised and efficient in running client accounts, managing timelines, and juggling deliverables across channels◠Content creation and editing: writing content, editing, and coming up with realistic, achievable, creative content ideas for clients. Then pitching and delivering them (e.g. blogs, op-eds, press releases, social posts)◠Media relations: management of your relationships with key journalistings, securing coverage, and pitching stories◠Social media: creating and scheduling content calendars, briefing visuals, and supporting community engagement◠Campaign planning: turning strategy into action across content, PR, digital, and social◠Performance tracking and reporting: constant monitoring and reviewing, understanding what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve it◠Creative collaboration: working with freelancers (as/when needed) to deliver high-quality work on time◠Proactive thinking: spotting opportunities, solving problems, and helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence◠New Business: experience in developing, pitching, and winning new business from ideation to final deck presentation◠GCC fluent: you understand the UAE and GCC region - from the industries and companies based here to the media landscape. You have experience working on regional campaigns and projects, and able to share your insights with clients to enhance their decision making
