Set clear sales goals and performance metrics for the team. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust pricing or promotions accordingly.

Attend or host design events, exhibitions, and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
3. Business Development & Partnerships Identify and secure new business partnerships, such as collaborations with developers, hotels, or design firms. Develop corporate and project sales channels. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on trends, client feedback, and product performance. Use CRM tools to manage leads and monitor customer engagement.
5. Product Knowledge & Trend Awareness Stay updated on outdoor furniture trends, materials, sustainability innovations, and global luxury lifestyle trends. Advise customers on material selection, weather resistance, and maintenance suited to their environment (especially in regions with high heat or humidity). Collaborate with product development teams to suggest new collections or custom designs.
