Role Description We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Interior Designer to support clients with property renovation and interior design projects across residential and investment properties in Dubai. The role focuses on creating contemporary, market-relevant designs that enhance property value, appeal to buyers and tenants, and align with current trends in the Dubai real estate market. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mid-Level Interior Designer based in Dubai, offering a mix of on-site presence and the flexibility of working from home. The Interior Designer will manage daily tasks such as space planning, creation of construction drawings, collaborating with architects, design conceptualization, and selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role requires coordinating with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure practical, visually compelling design solutions are executed successfully while maintaining consistent quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities Develop interior design concepts for residential renovation projects, tailored to client objectives and market positioning. Produce design layouts, mood boards, and visualizations using Sketch Up and Enscape (or similar 3D rendering software). Assist clients in selecting finishes, materials, colour schemes, furniture, and lighting aligned with contemporary design trends. Prepare space plans, 3D models, and presentation materials to clearly communicate design intent. Adapt designs to suit different property types (apartments, villas, investment units) and target audiences. Incorporate practical considerations such as budgets, timelines, and property regulations into designs. Stay informed on Dubai real estate trends, buyer preferences, and emerging interior design styles. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other consultants when required to support implementation. Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining design integrity and efficiency.
Qualifications3–5 years experience in interior design, preferably within residential or renovation projects. Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetic spaces Strong proficiency in Sketch Up and Enscape (or equivalent rendering software such as Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray). Solid understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and construction basics. Strong visual and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to clients. Knowledge of FF&E selection and specifications, including sourcing furniture, fixtures, and design finishes Understanding of industry trends and the Dubai real estate market is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
