Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Engineer, based in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting project implementation. This role includes meeting sales targets, preparing quotations, following up on leads, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong skills in Project Sales and Sales Management for driving sales strategies and achieving targets. Proficiency in Sales and Communication to effectively present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Expertise in Customer Service to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills for effective teamwork and handling challenges. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in project sales or a similar role, particularly in the environmental or cleaning services sector, is an advantage. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related platforms is desirable.
