About the Job We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to provide courteous, prompt, and efficient reservations service to the guests.
About You High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management will be an asset Excellent English communication skills in spoken and written are a must Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in the hospitality industry Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS (Opera- preferred)
