Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gymnastics Coach located in Abu Dhabi. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs tailored to gymnasts of various skill levels, guiding and supervising practice sessions, and evaluating the performance of athletes to ensure continuous improvement. The role includes maintaining a safe and positive training environment, nurturing the physical and mental development of athletes, and fostering sportsmanship and teamwork within the team.
Qualifications Proficiency in Gymnastics and Tumbling techniques; solid understanding of training practices and safety guidelines Coaching and Sports Coaching skills for working effectively with gymnasts of different age groups and abilities Strong Communication skills to provide clear instructions, feedback, and motivation to athletes Patience, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and build positive athlete-coach relationships First aid and CPR certification is an advantage Previous coaching experience or certifications in gymnastics is preferred Passion for sports and athlete development
