Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Insurance Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, selling diverse insurance products, providing insurance guidance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves conducting needs analyses to recommend bespoke insurance solutions and staying updated with market trends and regulations to align product offerings. Collaboration with the team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is also an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications Strong skills in Insurance Sales and expertise in Insurance products and services Proficiency in Customer Service for building and maintaining client relationships Experience in Insurance Brokerage and understanding of various insurance markets Knowledge of General & Health Insurance policies and procedures. Effective communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Dubai Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in insurance sales or brokerage is highly advantageous
