Role Description
As a Sales Manager at Danat Travels, you will oversee and drive sales operations to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, develop innovative sales strategies, and manage a high-performing sales team to maximize performance. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to identify business opportunities Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Sharjah
