Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Master based in Kuwait. The Master will oversee daily vessel operations, ensuring safety, compliance with local and international regulations, and efficient execution of offshore and maritime activities. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, navigating vessels, managing operational logistics, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service delivery. The individual will act as the key point of leadership for the vessel team while ensuring optimal collaboration with onshore teams.
Qualifications KOC approval is a plus5yrs as Master onboard PSV or AHTSExtensive maritime expertise, including vessel navigation and operational management Proficiency in safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and emergency response Strong leadership and team management skills for supervising and mentoring crew members Knowledge of marine logistics and offshore project requirements Excellent communication and decision-making abilities Valid Master Mariner Certificate or equivalent Familiarity with the Oil & Gas and construction industries is a plus Proven ability to work in dynamic offshore environments Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial
