Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role located in Kuwait. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts within the store to attract customers and enhance the overall shopping experience. Daily tasks include creating and updating window displays, arranging merchandise, collaborating with store teams to implement seasonal themes, and ensuring products are displayed according to company guidelines. The role also entails analyzing store performance to optimize visual presentation strategies and align them with sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong visual merchandising and display setup skills, including experience with creating and arranging window displays to enhance customer engagement. Proficiency in customer service and sales to ensure an excellent shopping experience and effectively connect with customers. Solid understanding of retail operations and the ability to execute store layouts in alignment with business objectives. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with store staff and management effectively. Prior experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is an advantage. Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to deliver consistent visual standards.
