Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah for a Web Sphere Administrator. The position involves the management and administration of Web Sphere Application Servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining middleware environments, tuning application servers, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver efficient solutions in a Linux environment. You will also be responsible for implementing best practices for middleware management and contributing to system enhancements.
Qualifications Expertise in Middleware technologies and Application Servers Proficiency in Web Sphere Application Server installation, configuration, and administration Strong knowledge of Troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues Experience with Linux system operations and related tools Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Relevant certifications in Web Sphere or other middleware technologies are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
