Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Supervisor at Imdaad Group, located in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The Civil Supervisor will oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensure project milestones and quality standards are met, supervise and coordinate the workforce, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities also include conducting inspections, providing on-site support, and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively manage a team Proficiency in Site Supervision and hands-on experience working On-Site Expertise in ensuring Quality Control and adherence to safety standards Effective Communication skills for coordination with team members, clients, and stakeholders Knowledge of construction safety measures and regulations Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related fields Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the UAE construction industry
