About the Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue across:ERP Solutions Managed IT Services Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions Cybersecurity Services Smart Technology & Automation Solutions
This is a hunter-focused role requiring strong prospecting, networking, and closing capabilities within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and the UAEBuild and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions Work closely with technical/pre-sales teams to develop proposals Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT Managers, Operations Heads) Requirements2–7+ years of B2B sales experience in IT, ERP, or technology solutions Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE market Strong understanding of ERP, infrastructure, cloud, or smart tech solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory) Based in Dubai
