Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Marketing & Operations Lead who can drive brand growth while ensuring smooth operational execution. This role combines marketing strategy, growth execution, and operational management, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Health Tech startup environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing Plan and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, content, email, SEO, partnerships) Develop brand messaging and marketing collateral aligned with DNA-based healthcare offerings Translate complex genomic and healthcare concepts into simple, customer-friendly communication Track and optimize marketing performance metrics and campaign ROIOperations Oversee day-to-day operations and cross-functional coordination Build and improve workflows across marketing, sales, and customer onboarding Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely execution Support process documentation, SOP creation, and reporting Strategy & Growth Support go-to-market execution and growth initiatives Conduct market research and competitor analysis Identify opportunities across B2C, B2B, and healthcare partnerships Required Qualifications Experience in Healthcare, Health Tech, Wellness, or Startup environments preferred2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or growth roles Strong communication, project management, and execution skills Data-driven mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability What We Offer Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge DNA-based healthcare startup High ownership and growth-oriented role Exposure to healthcare innovation and preventive wellness solutions
