Position: Python Developer

Type: Contractor (Part-time)

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Python and Django. Design and optimize Postgre SQL database schemas and queries to ensure high performance and reliability. Leverage AWS services for application deployment, scalability, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

Requirements

Have expert-level proficiency in Python and the Django framework. Have hands-on experience with Postgre SQL, including database design and optimization. Possess strong knowledge of AWS, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring tools. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Have the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems in a remote team setting.
