Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team delivering premium plunge pool and water feature projects across the UAE. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site activities, leading teams of technicians and laborers, and ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the successful candidate will oversee installation activities, project documentation, testing and commissioning (T&C), and the successful handover of completed projects in coordination with the factory and Project Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily installation of plunge pools, filtration systems, plumbing, and associated MEP works.

• Lead and manage site teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring productivity, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.

• Execute site activities in accordance with project schedules, approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Project Manager.

• Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager, factory, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), inspection reports, method statements, and other required project documentation.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and provide timely updates and recommendations to the Project Manager.

• Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment, to ensure efficient project delivery.

• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company safety policies.

• Support the testing and commissioning (T&C) of pumps, filtration systems, plumbing, electrical equipment, and control systems.

• Maintain accurate daily site reports, progress photographs, material records, and project handover documentation.

• Attend site coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues.

• Ensure completed works meet quality standards and client requirements prior to handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of site engineering experience in swimming pool construction, water features, or mechanical installation projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of swimming pool construction, waterproofing systems, MEP coordination, plumbing, and water filtration systems.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, P&ID diagrams, technical specifications, and method statements.

• Experience supervising teams of technicians, subcontractors, and laborers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation/reporting tools.

• Knowledge of testing and commissioning (T&C) procedures for mechanical and electrical systems.

• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, HSE regulations, and quality control procedures.

• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities while meeting project deadlines.

• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Indian nationality is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with acrylic pools, plunge pools, water features, modular pool systems, or factory-manufactured pool installations.

• Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and inspection procedures, including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and Dubai Civil Defence (DCD).

• Experience in testing, commissioning, and client handover of swimming pool and water feature projects.

• Knowledge of project scheduling and coordination with factory production and logistics teams will be an advantage.
