Role Description The UAE Business Investors role is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves identifying and engaging potential investors in the UAE, presenting business opportunities related to agricultural products and farmer-focused initiatives, and supporting investment negotiations. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing investment proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings with stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with investors and partners. The role also includes monitoring investment performance, providing regular updates to management, and collaborating with internal teams to align investor interests with Jus Pncorp’s mission and growth plans. Qualifications Strong skills in business development, investor relations, and stakeholder management. Experience in financial analysis, investment feasibility assessment, and proposal preparation. Knowledge of UAE market dynamics, international trade, and agribusiness or FMCG sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an added benefit. Prior experience working with investors, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance is highly desirable.
