Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

2. Shoot and produce premium property videos, reels, interviews and behind-the-scenes content.

3. Cover on-site videography at project launches, developer events and client meetings.

4. Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos optimized for social media.

5. Design engaging graphics, carousels and marketing creatives.

6. Work closely with sales teams to showcase luxury properties and investment opportunities.

7. Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and create viral content ideas.

8. Plan monthly content calendars and execute campaigns.

9. Monitor analytics and continuously improve engagement and lead generation.

10. Maintain consistent premium branding across all digital platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience in social media management and content creation.

2. Strong videography and mobile filmmaking skills.

3. Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.

4. Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop or equivalent.

5. Excellent storytelling and communication skills.

6. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

7. Experience in real estate is a plus but not mandatory
